By using the technical characteristics of weaving technology and equipment,3D prefabricated parts can be directly woven according to the shape and size of the parts by changing the array shape of the yarn carrier in the weaving chassis and fineness of the yarn carried by each yarn carrier and its movement form, and ensure the overall structural performance of the parts. 3D braided products are formed as a whole of at one time, which has the characteristics of non-layered structure, higher interlayer strength and better comprehensive mechanical properties.
